Copyright 2009 - the barley boys
The barley boys play a wide variety of favorites from the classic country of Johnny Cash, Merle Haggard, Waylon Jennings and Willie Nelson to contemporary country hits by Dwight Yoakam, Doc Walker, Toby Keith, and Kenny Chesney. And that’s not all, They also transition easily to the Country-Rock stylings of the Eagles, Lynyrd Skynyrd, John Mellencamp and the Kentucky Headhunters. Wait!! There’s more!! Did I mention diverse musical influences? How about your favorite party-all-night tunes from 80’s artists like the Greg Khin Band, Tommy Tutone, and Bryan Adams and capping the night off with high-energy, driving Rock beats of Blink-182, Green Day, Buckcherry, the Tragically Hip and Matt Mays and El Torpedo!! To top it off, The Barley Boys are working on original material to showcase their dynamic vocals and own brand of country-rock!...... We like to call it CROCK!

We really have no idea how many songs are in our repertoire as we are constantly adding new songs and our set-list is always changing. This huge warehouse of music gives us the ability to play for any audience.

Although Ken headed down a different musical path than his father, and the Bon Jovi hair is now gone, Ken maintains his love of music and entertaining. Ken has continued to expand his musical abilities throughout the years and holds down a rock solid groove while providing unwavering vocals and harmonies for the band.
